Other Ways To Say Yellow in Korean
As you may have guessed, there are other ways to say yellow in Korean. 황색, [hwang-sek] which is mainly used to describe skin color. When you say East Asian in Korean, you say 황인종 [hwang-in-jong], which directly translates yellow people. Also, some people use the word 황색 [hwang-sek], to represent yellow color. However, when they are referring to 황색, it usually notates darker, clay like color, rather than bright yellow.
